1. Exceptional Strength & Hardness: Through a controlled precipitation hardening (age hardening) heat treatment process, BeCu rods achieve very high tensile strength (up to 1500 MPa / 220 ksi) and Rockwell hardness (up to C45), surpassing virtually all other copper alloys and rivaling many steels.

Excellent Electrical & Thermal Conductivity: While exceptionally strong, BeCu retains significant electrical conductivity (typically 22~28% IACS) and thermal conductivity, outperforming most high~strength materials. This makes it ideal for electrically critical components requiring structural integrity.
3. Superb Fatigue Resistance & Spring Properties: BeCu rods exhibit outstanding resistance to fatigue failure and possess excellent spring characteristics (high elastic limit, low stress relaxation). They maintain their shape and function under repeated cyclic stresses.
