C17200 alloy is premium, non-ferrous alloy products renowned for their exceptional combination of properties, making them indispensable in high-performance engineering applications. 
Wire size from Dia.0.02mm to Dia.0.5mm

 

Key Characteristics & Advantages:

High Elasticity: Superior to phosphor bronze/silicon bronze by 3–5×, ideal for springs and contacts.

Wear & Corrosion Resistance:Low surface wear rate in abrasive tests. Resists saltwater, acids, and PVC degradation.

Thermal Stability: Maintains conductivity from -50°C to 200°C.

Precision Formability: Wire diameters: 0.01mm~0.60mm. Supplied pre-hardened (no post-forming heat treatment needed)
